I wouldn’t say all of us likes dark chocolates but the ones who does, are mostly for its taste, and it is not any myth that dark chocolate does have many health benefits apart from its taste. Also it lighten ups the mood, can’t really say ‘how?’ but it sure does.
Raw chocolate is extracted from cocoa beans fruit that grows on the cacao or cocoa tree. Once extracted, the beans are fermented, dried and used to create chocolate. Most of the flavours of chocolate are obtained during fermentation. This is the main and only reason of every chocolate tasting differently irrespective of the fact that they are extracted from the same species of chocolate.

Dark chocolates are rich in antioxidants and are definitely very much healthier than processed chocolates which are rich in sugars.
Dark chocolates have always been the best way to health and fitness because it doesn’t require any extra efforts to make it a healthy snack. Plus, people of all age groups love dark chocolate.

Dark chocolate is also enriched with several nutrients, but talking about the most preferred dark chocolate (70-85% cocoa).
