As the weather gets warmer and patio drinking becomes a must, a simple, cooler twist on the Negroni is a welcomed member to the table: Introducing the frozen Negroni.
- 15 ml Sweet and sour mix
- 15 ml Campari
- 30 ml gin
- 15 ml martini rosso
- 60 ml fresh orange juice
- 2 cups ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour it into a martini glass and garnish with sprig of thyme.
